Who Am I?

I’m a strategic thinker who takes pride in uncovering insights and connecting the dots to get to the “aha’s” and “so what’s.” My strengths lie in simplifying complexity, extracting the story from the data, and translating it into the narrative that drives brand growth.

My 25+ year career includes Consumer Insight roles at organizations such as Pinnacle Foods, Heineken, Diageo and Unilever.  I’m a team player and a thought leader with strong stakeholder management skills.  My sweet spot is in brand positioning and innovation, and I’ve led the development and roll-out of Consumer Insight best practices for both areas across multiple organizations. As an entrepreneurially-minded thinker, I’m always exploring new tools and techniques, and I have a wide range of functional research capabilities. I’m also an expert facilitator who enjoys leading workshops and ideation sessions.

Outside of work my hobbies include cooking, writing, attending live music events, traveling and playing with my two lovable mutts, Clyde and Finn. I’m also a supporter of dog rescue organizations and events, and if you’re interested in adopting a pup, I can definitely assist you.
